Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, company name, and AWS credentials when you create an account. We also collect usage data about how you interact with our service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, send you technical notices and support messages, and respond to your comments and questions.
3. AWS Access
BillStop connects through a read-only cross-account IAM role that you create in your own AWS console — we do not ask for, receive, or store your AWS access keys. Our access is read-only (plus opt-in reversible stop); we can never create, modify, or delete your resources, and you can revoke access at any time by deleting the BillStop stack.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform, subject to confidentiality agreements.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All data is transmitted using HTTPS encryption. AWS credentials are stored encrypted and access is strictly controlled.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard settings.
7. Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our service and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.
8. Contact Us
