1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using BillStop, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
BillStop provides AWS cost monitoring and protection services. We connect to your AWS account using read-only credentials to monitor spending and trigger alerts or automatic stops when your configured limits are reached.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. AWS Credentials
You grant BillStop permission to access your AWS account using the credentials you provide. You are solely responsible for ensuring the credentials you provide have appropriate permissions. BillStop only uses read-only access except where you explicitly enable auto-stop features.
5. Billing and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
BillStop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. We do not guarantee that our service will prevent all unexpected AWS charges.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately and we will delete your data within 30 days.
